ASSEMBLY STEP 3-A (T71 model)

ATTENTION!

There has been an update to the assembly process of your Horizon Fitness treadmill. Please refer to these

instructions for proper assembly. The remaining steps of the assembly process shall follow the original

procedures as found in the owner’s manual.

NOTE: If there are any alignment issues encountered in step C, please note that the right and left support

bars can be reversed to improve alignment. For example, the right support bar can be used on the left side

and vice versa.

A Open HARDWARE BAG 3.

B Slide the HANDLEBAR EXTENSION

onto the CONSOLE HANDLEBAR.

You will need to slide the

HANDLEBAR EXTENSION under

the console assembly plastic by

slightly lifting the plastic in order

to attach the connection bolts.

C Insert BOLT (E) into HANDLEBAR

EXTENSION.

D Insert BOLT (F) and ARC WASHER

(D) through bottom hole of

HANDLEBAR EXTENSION into

CONSOLE MAST.

E Tighten all bolts.

F Repeat on other side.

loosened in order to slide the handlebar extension under

the console assembly plastic as described in step B.
